Declaration
The environmental code specifies SPSE’s and third parties obligations in case of works in a 50 m safety zone on either side of the pipeline and imposes precautionary measures.
Professional and private individuals must declare their excavation works nearby underground structures via the web site reseaux-et-canalisations.gouv.fr
This free declaration enables to immediately identify the list of companies operating pipelines, electrical or telecoms cables buried in the work zone.
Prior to any work nearby our pipelines, you must contact us to obtain an authorization.
All undeclared work may be suspended by public authorities.
