On October 16, around 160 employees and contractors took part on a day dedicated to Safety and Neuroscience. An innovative approach to better understand our behaviour when faced with risks.
Immersive workshops with 2Jprocess: Participants explored virtual reality, worked on attention and distraction, experimented with the prevention wheel, and discovered how error management can become a real lever for learning.
Addheo conference – ‘Neuroscience & Safety’: A presentation that highlighted our cognitive limitations and reminded us of the importance of shared vigilance in sustainably strengthening our safety culture.
